Encyclical Quo graviora

of Pope Leo XII

about Masonry

(March 13, 1826)

 

The encyclical Quo graviora, published by Pope Leo XII on March 13, 1826 and dealing with Masonry, has the particularity of containing the complete text of the documents published by the preceding Popes, mainly the letter of Clement XII (1738). , that of Benedict XIV (1751) and that of Pius VII (1821), with which we see that since 1738, that is, for a century, the Popes had already denounced secret societies and continued to do so after Leo XII . This Pope wanted to put these texts again before the eyes of the bishops and faithful because, unfortunately, the warnings they contained had not been heeded enough and these societies were developing every day.

Quo graviora begins like this:

«The more serious the evils that afflict the flock of Jesus Christ our God and Savior, the more the Roman Pontiffs must take care to free it from them, to whom, in the person of Peter, Prince of the Apostles, the solicitude and the power to feed it.

Remember, then, the main obligation of the Pope, charged with leading the flock: to point out the dangers that surround him.

«It corresponds therefore to the Pontiffs, as to those who are placed as first sentinels for the security of the Church, to observe from further afield the ties with which the enemies of the Christian name seek to exterminate the Church of Jesus Christ, to which they will never reach, and to indicate these ties so that the faithful are kept from them and the authority can neutralize and annihilate them ».

I insist: the Pope does not hesitate to say: "These sects threaten the Church!", That is to say: "they want the complete ruin of the Church." And continues:

“Not only is this request of the Supreme Pontiffs found in the ancient annals of Christendom, but it still shines forth in all that in our time and in that of our fathers they have been constantly doing to oppose the clandestine sects of the guilty, that in contradiction with Jesus Christ, they are ready to all kinds of evils ».

At that moment he introduces the letter of Clement XII:

«When our predecessor, Clement XII, saw that the sect called the Freemasons, or by any other name, took root and grew daily, he knew for many reasons that it was suspicious and completely enemy of the Catholic Church, and he condemned it with an eloquent constitution. -tución issued on April 28, 1738, which begins: In eminenti ».

Clement XII: excommunication of the Masons

Clement XII's letter says:

«Divine Providence having placed us, despite our unworthiness, in the highest chair of the Apostolate, to watch unceasingly for the safety of the flock that has been entrusted to Us, we have devoted all our care, in what the help from on high It has allowed us, and all our application has been to oppose vice and error, a barrier that stops their progress, to preserve especially the integrity of the Orthodox religion, and to move away from the Catholic Universe in these difficult times, everything that could be a source of disturbance for them. '

How clear and simple the Popes were once! They said: “We are the shepherds and we have to

protect the flock ”. Against what? Against errors and against vices; For this reason, we denounce vices and errors, and proclaim the truth of the Gospel ”. It couldn't be clearer. With such pastors, who were not afraid to say: “Watch out! Avoid this or that thing! Here is danger! Follow the truth of the Church !, etc. ”, he felt secure. Now, after Pope John XXIII, we no longer feel this. Before him, in 1950, Pius XII had written the Humani generis,a strong and magnificent encyclical against the errors of modern times, but since then it seems as if there were no more errors or as if in the errors themselves there were elements of truth. With that little portion of apparent truth, people swallow the error that covers them and the herd is poisoned ... Let's go back to Clemente XII:

«We have found out, and the public rumor has not allowed us to question it, that centers, meetings, groups, aggregations or conventicles have been formed, and that they were affirmed from day to day, that under the name of Liberi Muratori or Freemasonsor under another equivalent denomination, according to the diversity of language, in which people of all religions, and of all sects, were admitted indifferently, who with the outward appearance of a natural probity, which is demanded and fulfilled there, have established certain laws, certain statutes that bind them together, and that, in particular, oblige them under the most serious penalties, by virtue of the oath taken on the sacred Scriptures, to keep an inviolable secret about everything that happens in their assemblies.

This definition is wonderful. First of all, they are: men "of all religions", with an "outward appearance of natural integrity" —that is, of philanthropy—, posing as friends of the people, of progress, of society ... the same as today. There is always a secret pact between them that commits them, under serious penalties - even to death, as it later became known - to an inviolable silence. It is impossible to know exactly what is up in these societies; the secret is absolute. The Popes insist on this fact: what is done in this way can only be bad, because if they did good things there would be no reason not to do them in the light of day.

Clement XII then enunciates the accusations of the Church against these societies. First of all, the suspicions that arise in the minds of the faithful:

«But as such is the human nature of the crime that betrays itself, and that the very precautions that it takes to hide itself are discovered by the scandal that it cannot contain, this society and its assemblies have become so suspicious of the faithful , that every good man considers them today as a little equivocal sign of perversion for anyone who adopts them. If they did nothing wrong they would not feel that hatred for the light.

The Pope relies on certain public opinion: prudent faithful and honest people judge that something bad happens in these societies.

"For this reason, for a long time, these societies have been wisely outlawed by numerous princes in their states, since they have considered such people as enemies of public safety."

At that time, of course, the states were Catholic and the princes decided to ban secret societies. As we see, the Pope bases his judgment on what he knows through people who are in contact with these societies, and thus proclaims:

«After a mature reflection on the great evils that habitually originate from these associations, always detrimental to the tranquility of the State and the health of souls, and which, for this reason, cannot be in accordance with civil and canonical laws ; instructed on the other hand, by God's own word, that as a prudent and faithful servant, chosen to rule the Lord's flock, we must be continually alert against people of this species, for fear that, following the example of thieves , storm our houses, and just like foxes throw themselves on the vineyard and sow desolation everywhere, that is, the fear that they will seduce the simple people and secretly wound the hearts of the simple and the innocent with their arrows. .

Finally, wanting to stop the advances of this perversion and to prohibit a way that would lead to letting many iniquities go with impunity, and for various other reasons known to us, and which are equally just and reasonable; after having deliberated with our venerable brothers the cardinals of the holy Roman Church, and on their advice, as well as on our own initiative and certain knowledge, and in all the fullness of our apostolic power, we have resolved to condemn and prohibit, as indeed We condemn and prohibit the aforementioned centers, meetings, groups, aggregations or conventicles of Freemasons or whatever name they are designated by, by this our present Constitution, valid in perpetuity.

For all this, we very expressly prohibit and by virtue of holy obedience, all the faithful, be they lay or clergy, secular or regular ... to enter for any reason and under no pretext in such centers, meetings, groups, aggregations or conventicles before mentioned, nor favor their progress, receive or hide them in their homes, nor associate with them, nor attend, nor facilitate their assemblies, nor provide them with anything, nor help them with advice, nor give them help or favors in public or in secret, nor act directly or indirectly by oneself or by another person, nor exhort, request, induce or commit to anyone to be adopted in these societies, attend them or provide any kind of help or encourage them; we order them, on the contrary,abstain completely from these associations or assemblies,under penalty of excommunication ... »

Such is the first document. Clement XII was concerned about the secret actions carried out by these societies, and for this reason he excommunicated those who attended their meetings.

However, this letter - we can say this bull - of 1738, was not enough:

"Many said that since Benedict XIV had not expressly confirmed the letters of Clement XII, who had died a few years earlier, the penalty of excommunication no longer existed."

This made Leo XII say:

"All these precautions did not seem sufficient to Benedict XIV, also our predecessor of venerable memory."

Benedict XIV: fighting indifferentism

«It was surely absurd to pretend that the laws of the previous Pontiffs were reduced to nothing, since they were not expressly approved by the successors; on the other hand it was manifest that the Constitution of Clement XII had been confirmed by Benedict XIV different times. With all this, Benedict XIV thought that he should deprive the sectarians of such a trick by means of the new Constitution issued on May 18, 1751 ... and which begins Providas ».

Leo XII refers to this second document. First of all, Benedict XIV explains why he saw fit to confirm the act of his predecessor:

«Our predecessor, Clement XII, of glorious memory ... in 1738, the eighth of his Pontificate ... has condemned and banned in perpetuity certain societies commonly called Freemasons... forbidding all the faithful of Jesus Christ, and each one in particular, under penalty of excommunication, to commit the same act and without another declaration, from which no one can be acquitted except by the Supreme Pontiff ... has seen, and We have known, that there is no fear of assuring and publishing that the aforementioned penalty of excommunication given by our predecessor is no longer in force ... and as also some pious and God-fearing men have insinuated that , to remove all sorts of subterfuges from the slanderers and to show the uniformity of Our intention with the will of Our Predecessor, it is necessary to accompany the suffrage of Our confirmation to the Constitution of Our aforementioned predecessor… »

We see how the Pope clearly confirms what Clement XII had said, although then he gives some additional reasons that must be studied, since he specifies them very clearly. In the first, he forcefully repeats what Clement XII had already warned: "... that, in this class of societies, men of all religions and of all kinds of sects meet ..."

And Benedict XIV adds:

"... from what can evidently result any kind of evils for the purity of the Catholic religion."

It must be remembered that the Popes have always fought against indifferentism: the error that consists in saying that all religions are good, that each person can have his own and that the Catholic should not be placed above the others. This contradicts the Catholic truth. A Catholic cannot accept it. This is why the Popes have always fought against these so-called “inter- denominational ” meetings , unions or congresses in which it is given the impression that all religions are equal and that none has more value than the others. It is absolutely contrary to our faith.

Encíclica Quo graviora

del Papa León XII

sobre la Masonería

(13 de marzo de 1826)

 

La encíclica Quo graviora, publicada por el Papa León XII el 13 de marzo de 1826 y que trata sobre la Masonería, tiene la particularidad de contener el texto completo de los documentos publicados por los Papas precedentes, principalmente la carta de Clemente XII (1738), la de Benedicto XIV (1751) y la de Pío VII (1821), con lo que vemos que desde 1738, es decir, desde hacía ya un siglo, los Papas ya habían denunciado las sociedades secretas y lo siguieron haciendo después de León XII. Este Papa quiso volver a poner estos textos ante los ojos de los obispos y fieles porque, por desgracia, no se había hecho bastante caso a las advertencias que contenían y estas sociedades se desarrollaban cada día más.

Quo graviora empieza así:

«Cuanto más graves son los males que aquejan a la grey de Jesucristo nuestro Dios y Salvador, tanto más deben cuidar de librarla de ellos los Pontífices romanos, a quienes, en la persona de Pedro príncipe de los Apóstoles, se confió la solicitud y el poder de apacentarla».

Recuerda, pues, la principal obligación que tiene el Papa, encargado de conducir el rebaño: señalarle los peligros que le rodean.

«Corresponde pues a los Pontífices, como a los que están puestos por primeros centinelas para seguridad de la Iglesia, observar desde más lejos los lazos con que los enemigos del nombre cristiano procuran exterminar la Iglesia de Jesucristo, a lo que nunca llegarán, e indicar estos lazos a fin de que los fieles se guarden de ellos y pueda la autoridad neutralizarlos y aniquilarlos».

Insisto: el Papa no vacila en decir: “¡Esas sectas amenazan a la Iglesia!”, es decir: “quieren la ruina completa de la Iglesia”. Y continúa:

«No sólo se encuentra esta solicitud de los Sumos Pontífices en los antiguos anales de la cristiandad, sino que brilla todavía en todo lo que en nuestro tiempo y en el de nuestros padres han estado haciendo constantemente para oponerse a las sectas clandestinas de los culpables, que en contradicción con Jesucristo, están prontos a toda clase de maldades».

En ese momento introduce la carta de Clemente XII:

«Cuando nuestro predecesor, Clemente XII, vio que echaba raíces y crecía diariamente la secta llamada de los francmasones, o con cualquier otro nombre, conoció por muchas razones que era sospechosa y completamente enemiga de la Iglesia católica, y la condenó con una elocuente consti-tución expedida el 28 de abril de 1738, la cual comienza: In eminenti ».

Clemente XII: excomunión de los masones

La carta de Clemente XII dice:

«Habiéndonos colocado la Divina Providencia, a pesar de nuestra indignidad, en la cátedra más elevada del Apostolado, para velar sin cesar por la seguridad del rebaño que Nos ha sido confiado, hemos dedicado todos nuestros cuidados, en lo que la ayuda de lo alto Nos ha permitido, y toda nuestra aplicación ha sido para oponer al vicio y al error una barrera que detenga su progreso, para conservar especialmente la integridad de la religión ortodoxa, y para alejar del Universo católico en estos tiempos tan difíciles, todo lo que pudiera ser para ellos motivo de perturbación».

¡Qué claros y sencillos eran en otro tiempo los Papas! Decían: “Somos los pastores y tenemos que

proteger al rebaño”. ¿Contra qué? “Contra los errores y contra los vicios; por esto, denunciamos los vicios y los errores, y proclamamos la verdad del Evangelio”. No podía ser más claro. Con tales pastores, que no tenían miedo en decir: “¡Cuidado! ¡Evitad tal o cual cosa! ¡Aquí hay peligro! ¡Seguid la verdad de la Iglesia!, etc.”, se sentía seguridad. Ahora, después del Papa Juan XXIII, ya no sentimos esto. Antes de él, en 1950, Pío XII había escrito la Humani generis, una encíclica fuerte y magnífica contra los errores de los tiempos modernos, pero desde entonces parece como si ya no hubiera errores o como si en los mismos errores hubiese elementos de verdad. Con esa porcioncita de verdad aparente, la gente se traga el error que la recubre y el rebaño se envenena… Volvamos a Clemente XII:

«Nos hemos enterado, y el rumor público no nos ha permitido ponerlo en duda, que se han formado, y que se afirmaban de día en día, centros, reuniones, agrupaciones, agregaciones o conventículos, que bajo el nombre de Liberi Muratori o Francmasones o bajo otra denominación equivalente, según la diversidad de lengua, en las cuales eran admitidas indiferentemente personas de todas las religiones, y de todas las sectas, que con la apariencia exterior de una natural probidad, que allí se exige y se cumple, han establecido ciertas leyes, ciertos estatutos que las ligan entre sí, y que, en particular, les obligan bajo las penas más graves, en virtud del juramento prestado sobre las sagradas Escrituras, a guardar un secreto inviolable sobre todo cuanto sucede en sus asambleas».

Esta definición es maravillosa. Primeramente, son: hombres «de todas las religiones», con una «apariencia exterior de una natural probidad» —es decir de filantropía—, haciéndose pasar por amigos del pueblo, del progreso, de la sociedad… lo mismo que hoy. Entre ellos siempre hay un pacto secreto que les compromete, bajo penas graves —hasta la muerte, como después se supo— a un silencio inviolable. Es imposible saber exactamente qué se trama en estas sociedades; el secreto es absoluto. Los Papas insisten en este hecho: lo que se realiza de este modo sólo puede ser malo, pues si hicieran cosas buenas no habría motivos para no hacerlas a la luz del día.

Clemente XII enuncia luego las acusaciones de la Iglesia contra estas sociedades. En primer lugar, las sospechas que nacen en la mente de los fieles:

«Pero como tal es la naturaleza humana del crimen que se traiciona a sí mismo, y que las mismas precauciones que toma para ocultarse lo descubren por el escándalo que no puede contener, esta sociedad y sus asambleas han llegado a hacerse tan sospechosas a los fieles, que todo hombre de bien las considera hoy como un signo poco equívoco de perversión para cualquiera que las adopte. Si no hiciesen nada malo no sentirían ese odio por la luz».

El Papa se apoya en cierta opinión pública: los fieles prudentes y personas honradas juzgan que algo malo sucede en estas sociedades.

«Por ese motivo, desde hace largo tiempo, estas sociedades han sido sabiamente proscritas por numerosos príncipes en sus Estados, ya que han considerado a esta clase de gente como enemigos de la seguridad pública».

En aquel tiempo, por supuesto, los Estados eran católicos y los príncipes decidieron prohibir las sociedades secretas. Como vemos, el Papa funda su juicio en lo que sabe a través de personas que están en contacto con estas sociedades, y así proclama:

«Después de una madura reflexión sobre los grandes males que se originan habitualmente de esas asociaciones, siempre perjudiciales para la tranquilidad del Estado y la salud de las almas, y que, por esta causa, no pueden estar de acuerdo con las leyes civiles y canónicas; instruidos por otra parte, por la propia palabra de Dios, que en calidad de servidor prudente y fiel, elegido para gobernar el rebaño del Señor, debemos estar continuamente alerta contra la gente de esta especie, por miedo a que, a ejemplo de los ladrones, asalten nuestras casas, y al igual que los zorros se lancen sobre la viña y siembren por doquier la desolación, es decir, el temor a que seduzcan a la gente sencilla y hieran secretamente con sus flechas los corazones de los simples y de los inocentes.

Finalmente, queriendo detener los avances de esta perversión y prohibir una vía que daría lugar a dejarse ir impunemente a muchas iniquidades, y por otras varias razones de Nos conocidas, y que son igualmente justas y razonables; después de haber deliberado con nuestros venerables hermanos los cardenales de la santa Iglesia romana, y por consejo suyo, así como por nuestra propia iniciativa y conocimiento cierto, y en toda la plenitud de nuestra potencia apostólica, hemos resuelto condenar y prohibir, como de hecho condenamos y prohibimos, los susodichos centros, reuniones, agrupaciones, agregaciones o conventículos de francmasones o cualquiera que fuese el nombre con que se designen, por esta nuestra presente Constitución, valedera a perpetuidad.

Por todo ello, prohibimos muy expresamente y en virtud de la santa obediencia, a todos los fieles, sean laicos o clérigos, seculares o regulares… que entren por cualquier causa y bajo ningún pretexto en tales centros, reuniones, agrupaciones, agregaciones o conventículos antes mencionados, ni favorecer su progreso, recibirlos u ocultarlos en sus casas, ni tampoco asociarse a los mismos, ni asistir, ni facilitar sus asambleas, ni proporcionarles nada, ni ayudarles con consejos, ni prestarles ayuda o favores en público o en secreto, ni obrar directa o indirectamente por sí mismo o por otra persona, ni exhortar, solicitar, inducir ni comprometerse con nadie para hacerse adoptar en estas sociedades, asistir a ellas ni prestarles ninguna clase de ayuda o fomentarlas; les ordenamos, por el contrario, abstenerse completamente de estas asociaciones o asambleas, bajo la pena de excomunión…»

Tal es el primer documento. Clemente XII se inquietaba por las acciones secretas que llevaban a cabo estas sociedades, y por eso excomulgó a los que asistían a sus reuniones.

Sin embargo, esta carta —podemos decir esta bula— de 1738, no fue suficiente:

«Muchos decían que no habiendo confirmado expresamente Benedicto XIV las letras de Clemente XII, muerto pocos años antes, no subsistía ya la pena de excomunión».

Esto le hizo decir a León XII:

«No parecieron suficientes todas estas precauciones a Benedicto XIV, también predecesor nuestro de venerable memoria».

Benedicto XIV: luchar contra el indiferentismo

«Era seguramente absurdo pretender que se reducían a nada las leyes de los Pontífices anteriores, al no ser expresamente aprobadas por los sucesores; por otra parte era manifiesto que la Constitución de Clemente XII había sido confirmada por Benedicto XIV diferentes veces. Con todo eso, pensó Benedicto XIV que debía privar a los sectarios de tal argucia mediante la nueva Constitución expedida el 18 de mayo de 1751… y que comienza Providas».

León XII se refiere a este segundo documento. Primeramente, Benedicto XIV explica por qué ha juzgado oportuno confirmar el acto de su predecesor:

«Nuestro predecesor, Clemente XII, de gloriosa memoria… en 1738, el octavo de su Pontifica-do… ha condenado y prohibido a perpetuidad ciertas sociedades llamadas comúnmente de los Francmasones… prohibiendo a todos los fieles de Jesucristo, y a cada uno en particular, bajo pena de excomunión, que se incurre en el mismo acto y sin otra declaración, de la cual nadie puede ser absuelto a no ser por el Sumo Pontífice… Pero como se ha visto, y Nos hemos sabido, que no exis-te temor de asegurar y publicar que la mencionada pena de excomunión dada por nuestro predece-sor, no tiene ya vigencia… y como también algunos hombres piadosos y temerosos de Dios Nos han insinuado que, para quitarle toda clase de subterfugios a los calumniadores y para poner de manifiesto la uniformidad de Nuestra intención con la voluntad de Nuestro Predecesor, es necesario acompañar el sufragio de Nuestra confirmación a la Constitución de Nuestro mencionado predece-sor…»

Vemos cómo el Papa confirma con claridad lo que había dicho Clemente XII, aunque luego da al-gunas razones suplementarias que hay que estudiar, puesto que las precisa con mucha claridad. En la primera, repite con fuerza lo que ya había advertido Clemente XII: «...que, en esta clase de sociedades, se reúnen hombres de todas las religiones y de toda clase de sectas...»

Y Benedicto XIV añade:

«...de lo que puede resultar evidentemente cualquier clase de males para la pureza de la religión católica».

Hay que recordar que los Papas han luchado siempre contra el indiferentismo: el error que consiste en decir que todas las religiones son buenas, que cada persona puede tener la suya y que no hay que poner la católica por encima de las demás. Esto contradice a la verdad católica. Un católico no lo puede aceptar. Por esto los Papas han luchado siempre contra estas reuniones denominadas “interconfesionales”, sindicatos o congresos en los que se da la impresión de que todas las religiones son iguales y que ninguna tiene más valor que las demás. Es algo absolutamente contrario a nuestra fe.

Americans must be aware that they can inspire that same desire in Russia and how they have to believe that they are good while Russia is evil,This makes the scene of an apocalypse seem more likely than we may believe.

But this way of thinking implies a break with reality, there is exactly one nation in the world that attacks other countries and this is definitely the United States, it destroyed for free just because it could Japan, which was willing to surrender anyway. It prepared to attack Russia at the beginning of the cold war, but was held back by the large enough number of Russian nuclear bombs at that time. The THAAD installation currently in South Korea will not change the situation either.

  There is exactly one nuclear aggressor nation on the planet and this is not Russia and this should not matter despite US efforts to undermine it, the logic of mutually assured destruction still prevails. The possibility of a nuclear exchange is not determined by anyone's policy, but by the probability that it will occur by accident, since there is a winning strategy in a nuclear war, no one has any reason to try to start one.

  Under no circumstances will the United States ever dictate its terms to Russia threatening it with nuclear annihilation, if a nuclear war is not at stake, how about a conventional one?  The United States has been making noise with its troops and conducting exercises in the Baltic states, right on the western border of Russia, installing ABM systems in Romania, Poland, and South Korea, supporting anti-Russian Ukrainian Nazis, etc., this all seems quite provocative, can it result in a war? And what would that war be like? Here we must refer to Russia and see how Russia has responded to the previous provocations.

  These are the facts that we know and that we can use to predict what would happen in opposition to purely fictitious conjectural statements, which are not related to known facts, such as when the United States or its representatives attack an enclave of Russian citizens outside of the Russia's borders, here are the types of response we've been able to observe so far:

  1.- The example of Georgia; During the Summer Olympics in Beijing (a traditional time of peace) the Georgian military, armed and trained by the United States and Israel, invaded South Ossetia, this region was part of Georgia only by name, mostly inhabited by Russian speakers and with Russian passports. Georgian troops began bombing their capital, TEJINVALI, killing Russian peacekeepers stationed in the region and causing civilian casualties. In response, Russian troops reached Georgia in a matter of hours, completely eliminating Georgia's military capabilities.

They announced that South Ossetia was no longer part of Georgia, overthrowing Abkhazia, (another disputed Russian enclave) and withdrew. Georgia's warmongering president Sakashvili was declared a “political corpse” and left his place (fleeing as a vile coward from the new Georgian authorities), finally, he was forced to flee Georgia, where he was declared a fugitive from justice. The US state department recently gave him a new job, as governor of Odessa in Ukraine. Currently Russian-Georgian relations have been improving.

  2.- The example of Crimea; During the Olympic games in Sochi, Russia (a traditional time of peace) saw an illegal and violent overthrow of the elected constitutional government in Ukraine, followed by the establishment of a puppet administration chosen by the United States, the majority Russian population of the Autonomous region of Crimea held a referendum. Approximately 95% of them chose to separate from Ukraine and become part of Russia that had already been for centuries and until very recently. The Russians then used the troops already stationed in the region under an international agreement to ensure that the results of the referendum were duly enacted. Not a single shot was fired during this perfectly peaceful exercise in direct democracy.

Turning now to the military and diplomatic adventures of the United States, we see a situation that is quite different. United States military spending is responsible for more than half of all federal discretionary spending, overshadowing other vital sectors such as infrastructure, medicine, and public education, serving several purposes. Most importantly, it is a public employment program: a way to employ people who cannot find employment in any truly productive capacity due to lack of intelligence, education, and training. Second, it is a way for politicians and defense contractors to enrich each other synergistically and at the expense of the public. Third, it is an advertising program for the sale of weapons,being the United States the main supplier of lethal weapons in the world.

  Finally, it is a way of projecting force around the world, bombarding any country that dares to oppose Washington's hegemonic ambitions, often with total disregard for international law, nowhere on this list is the objective of defending the United States none of these justifications works with respect to Russia.

In dollar terms, the United States surpasses Russia in defense. However, viewed in terms of purchasing parity, Russia manages to buy up to ten times more defensive capacity per unit of national wealth than the United States. 31.07 mill.

El mundo en peligro: a las puertas de la tercera guerra mundial

 

Dimitri Orlov es un ciudadano estadounidense de origen ruso, que vive desde niño en Boston, especialmente interesante lo que dice, sobre todo si usted es ciudadano estadounidense. Yo por mi parte ni quito ni pongo nada. Nació en 1962 en Leningrado, hoy San Petersburgo, es un ingeniero ruso estadounidense y escritor en temas relacionados con el “potencial declive económico, político y el colapso de los Estados unidos”, lo que él ha llamado “crisis permanente”.

Dimitri Orlov sostiene que este colapso será el resultado de los enormes presupuestos militares, el déficit del gobierno, un sistema político irresponsable y la progresiva disminución del petróleo. Esto dice Dimitri Orlov, dirigiéndose al pueblo y gobernantes de Estados Unidos, tienen que saber que Rusia esta lista para responder a cualquier provocación, pero lo último que quieren los rusos es otra guerra. Ya les han provocado dos muy grandes y saben lo que se sufre como pueblo ante estas dos guerras impuestas contra ellos y esto amigo, si te gustan las buenas noticias, es la noticia que vas a escuchar en este artículo, porque es el único frente que puede apagar el fuego de una posible tercera guerra mundial, idea que ya flota en el aire.

En los Estados Unidos la actual guerra fría esta activada y la retorica anti rusa que mana de una campaña desde los tiempos de Clinton, es repetida por los medios de comunicación de una manera constante, sobre el famoso peligro rojo; en consecuencia, muchas personas están empezando a creer que un intercambio nuclear total, seguido del invierno nuclear, llevaría inevitablemente a la extinción humana. Parece que a muchas personas en Estados Unidos les gusta pensar de esa manera, una especie de fatalidad divina impuesta por ser ellos los “elegidos”, pero la realidad es otra muy distinta.

La telaraña en los ojos de los estadounidenses se está cayendo, permitiéndoles ver a su país en serios problemas, pero sin buscar racionalmente las causas del por qué. Estados Unidos se está desplomando en una espiral directo al colapso financiero y político, perdiendo su posición en el mundo y convirtiéndose en un ghetto del tamaño de un continente, lleno de abusos de drogas, violencia y con su base social en descomposición. Su población viciosa, esta envenenada con alimentos genéticamente modificados, es mórbidamente obesa y constantemente violentada por su propia policía depredadora, que resulta ser solapada en sus condados y en complicidad del sector médico, educativo y hasta el sector inmobiliario, como ya lo sabemos.

También sabemos cuan doloroso es darse cuenta de que los Estados Unidos están dañados sin remedio y aceptar el hecho de que la mayor parte del daño es autoinfligido. Las guerras interminables e inútiles, la corrupción sin límite de la política monetaria, la cultura toxica y guerras de género, la arrogancia imperial y la ignorancia voluntaria que subyace a todo. 

Este nivel de desconexión entre lo esperado y lo observado, ciertamente duele, pero el dolor puede evitarse, por un tiempo, a través del engaño masivo. A este evidente tipo de espiral descendente, no se le es permitido ni siquiera el deletrearlo automáticamente como “Apocalipsis”, dado lo peculiar del culto estatal de los Estados Unidos, al superponer lo que es una religiosidad de antaño con la religión secular del progreso, sin dejar posibilidad alguna de que pueda haber otras opciones. O bien elevan su moral incentivados en construir colonias en marte, o se resignan a perecer en una bola de fuego; dado que la humillación de tener que pedir permiso a los rusos, para volar a la estación espacial Soyus internacional, hace que las perspectivas de concretizar estaciones espaciales estadounidenses parezcan aún más difíciles.

Y así, la mayoría de los recientes belicistas estadounidenses vs Asia-Rusia, pueden explicarse por el deseo de encontrar a alguien mas que a uno mismo como culpable de la desaparición de uno. Este es un movimiento psicológico bien entendido, que proyecta la sombra, donde uno toma todo lo que uno odia, pero no puede admitirlo sobre uno mismo, y lo proyecta sobre otro. En un nivel subconsciente y en el caso de algunas personas muy estúpidas, incluso consientes, esperan de los mismos estadounidenses el bombardear a Rusia hasta que el fuego resplandezca, pero no pueden hacerlo porque Rusia devolvería el golpe de inmediato. Los estadounidenses deben ser conscientes de que pueden inspirar ese mismo deseo en Rusia y como tienen que creer que son buenos mientras que Rusia es malvada, esto hace que el escenario de un apocalipsis parezca más probable de lo que podemos creer.

Pero esta forma de pensar implica una ruptura con la realidad, hay exactamente una nación en el mundo que ataca a otros países y definitivamente esta es Estados Unidos, destruyó gratuitamente solo porque podía a Japón, que estaba dispuesto a rendirse de todos modos. Se preparo para atacar a Rusia al comienzo de la guerra fría, pero se contuvo por la cantidad suficientemente grande de bombas nucleares rusas en ese momento. Posteriormente intentó dejar a Rusia indefensa frente a un ataque nuclear con el tratado de Misiles Anti balísticos en 2002, pero las nuevas armas de Rusia le impidieron hacerlo.

Estos incluyen, entre otros, misiles de crucero supersónicos de largo alcance (Kalibre) y misiles Inter orbitales suborbitales que transportan múltiples cargas nucleares capaces de maniobras evasivas a medida que se acercan a sus objetivos (Sarmat). Todas estas armas son imposibles de interceptar usando cualquier tecnología de defensa concebible. La instalación de THAAD actualmente en Corea del Sur tampoco cambiará la situación.

 Hay exactamente una nación agresora nuclear en el planeta y esta no es Rusia y esto no debería importar a pesar de los esfuerzos de Estados Unidos por socavarla, la lógica de la destrucción mutua asegurada sigue vigente. La posibilidad de un intercambio nuclear no está determinada por la política de nadie, sino por la probabilidad de que ocurra por accidente, dado que existe una estrategia ganadora en una guerra nuclear, nadie tiene ninguna razón para intentar comenzar una.

 Bajo ninguna circunstancia, Estados Unidos alguna vez podrá dictar sus términos a Rusia amenazándola con la aniquilación nuclear, si una guerra nuclear no está en juego, ¿Qué tal una convencional?  Estados Unidos ha estado haciendo ruido con sus tropas y realizando ejercicios en los estados bálticos, justo en la frontera occidental de Rusia, instalando sistemas ABM en Rumania, Polonia y Corea del Sur, apoyando a nazis ucranianos contrarios a Rusia, etc, todo esto parece bastante provocador, ¿Puede resultar en una guerra?, ¿Y cómo sería esa guerra?, aquí debemos remitirnos a Rusia y ver cómo Rusia a respondido a las provocaciones anteriores.

 Estos son los hechos que conocemos y que podemos usar para predecir lo que sucedería en oposición a las declaraciones conjeturales puramente ficticias, que no están relacionadas con los hechos conocidos, como cuando los Estados Unidos o sus representantes atacan un enclave de ciudadanos rusos fuera de las fronteras de Rusia, aquí están los tipos de respuesta que hemos podido observar hasta ahora:

 1.- El ejemplo de Georgia; durante las olimpiadas de verano en Beijín (un tiempo tradicional de paz) los militares georgianos, armados y entrenados por Estados Unidos e Israel, invadieron Osetia del sur, esta región formaba parte de Georgia solo por su nombre, en su mayoría habitada por ruso parlantes y con pasaportes rusos. Las tropas georgianas comenzaron a bombardear su capital, TEJINVALI matando a tropas de paz rusas estacionadas en la región y causando bajas civiles. En respuesta, las tropas rusas llegaron a Georgia, en cuestión de horas, eliminando por completo la capacidad militar de Georgia.

Anunciaron que Osetia del Sur ya no formaba parte de Georgia, echando por tierra a Abjasia, (otro enclave ruso en disputa) y se retiró. El presidente guerrerista de Georgia Sakashvili, fue declarado “cadáver político” y dejo su lugar (huyendo cuan vil cobarde de las nuevas autoridades georgianas), finalmente, se vio obligado a huir de Georgia, donde fue declarado fugitivo de la justicia. El departamento de estado de Estados Unidos, recientemente le dio un nuevo trabajo, como gobernador de Odessa en Ucrania. Actualmente las relaciones ruso-georgianas han estado mejorando.

 2.- El ejemplo de Crimea; durante los juegos olímpicos en Sochi, en Rusia (un tiempo tradicional de paz) se produjo un derrocamiento ilegal y violento del gobierno constitucional electo en Ucrania, seguido de la instauración de una administración títere escogida por los Estados Unidos, la población mayoritariamente rusa de la región autónoma de Crimea celebro un referéndum. Aproximadamente el 95% de ellos optaron por separarse de Ucrania y volver a formar parte de Rusia que ya lo era durante siglos y hasta hace muy poco. Luego, los rusos utilizaron las tropas ya estacionadas en la región en virtud de un acuerdo internacional para asegurar que los resultados del referéndum se promulgasen debidamente. No se disparo ni un solo tiro durante este ejercicio perfectamente pacífico en democracia directa.

 3.- Nuevamente el ejemplo de Crimea; durante los juegos olímpicos de verano en Rio de Janeiro (un tiempo tradicional de paz), varios operativos ucranianos tomaron por asalto las fronteras de Crimea, fueron aprendidos rápidamente por el Servicio Federal de Seguridad de Rusia, junto con un alijo de armas y explosivos, varios de ellos murieron durante el proceso junto con dos soldados rusos; los sobrevivientes confesaron inmediatamente que planeaban organizar ataques terroristas en el ferry que une Crimea con la parte continental de Rusia y una estación de ferrocarril, el cabecilla del grupo confeso haber recibido la prometida suma de miles de dólares para llevar acabo estos ataques, ansiosos de una litera caliente y seca y tres comidas al día, al cuidado del gobierno ruso que le debe parecer como un pedazo de cielo en comparación con la violencia, el caos y la desolación que caracteriza la vida en la Ucrania actual. En respuesta, el gobierno de Kiev protesto contra la “provocación” rusa y puso y puso a sus tropas en alerta para prepararse contra la “invasión rusa”.

Tal vez el próximo envió de ayuda estadounidense a Ucrania debería incluir un suministro de antipsicóticos.  4.- El ejemplo e Dombass, después de los eventos descritos en el punto 2 anterior, esta región populosa e industrializada que fue parte de Rusia hasta entrado el siglo 20, y lingüísticamente y culturalmente rusa. Entro en caos porque la mayoría de los lugareños no querían tener nada que ver con el gobierno que había sido instalado por la fuerza en Kiev, que consideraban ilegitimo. El gobierno de Kiev procedió a empeorar las cosas, primero promulgando leyes que violaban los derechos de los rusos parlantes y luego, al atacar la región con el ejército, lo que continúan haciendo hasta el día de hoy con tres invasiones fallidas y un bombardeo continuo, contra zonas residenciales e industriales, en el curso de las cuales más de diez mil civiles han sido asesinados y muchas mas heridos, Rusia en respuesta, ayudo a establecer un movimiento de resistencia local apoyado por un contingente militar capaz formado por residentes locales.

Este fue hecho por voluntarios rusos, actuando de forma no oficial y por ciudadanos rusos privados que donan dinero a la causa. A pesar de la histeria occidental sobre la “invasión rusa” y la “agresión rusa”, no hay evidencia de que exista. En cambio, el gobierno ruso solo ha hecho tres cosas, se negó a interferir con el trabajo de sus ciudadanos acudiendo en ayuda de Dombass, persiguió una estrategia diplomática para resolver el conflicto y ha proporcionado numerosos convoyes de ayuda humanitaria a los residentes de Dombass.

 La iniciativa diplomática de Rusia dio lugar a dos acuerdos internacionales Minsk 1, y Minsk 2, que obligaron tanto a Kiev como a Dombass a seguir una estrategia de resolución política al conflicto mediante al cese de hostilidades y la concesión a Dombass de la plena autonomía. Kiev se ha negado rotundamente a cumplir con sus obligaciones en virtud de estos acuerdos. El conflicto ahora este congelado, pero sigue sangrando debido al bombardeo ucraniano, a la espera de que el gobierno títere ucraniano se derrumbe, para completar el cuadro, incluyamos la reciente acción militar en Siria, donde salió en defensa del asediado gobierno sirio y demolió una gran parte del estado islámico y del califato islámico junto con otras varias organizaciones terroristas activas en la región. La razón de estas acciones es que Rusia vio un nido de terroristas financiados con fondos extranjeros en Siria, como una amenaza directa a la seguridad de Rusia.

Pasando ahora a las aventuras militares y diplomáticas de Estados Unidos vemos una situación que es bastante diferente. El gasto militar de los Estados Unidos, es responsable de mas de la mitad de todo el gasto federal discrecional, lo que eclipsa a otros sectores de vital importancia como la infraestructura, la medicina y la educación pública, sirve varios objetivos. Lo mas importante es que se trata de programa de empleos públicos: una forma de emplear a personas que no pueden encontrar empleo en ninguna capacidad realmente productiva debido a la falta de inteligencia, educación y capacitación. En segundo lugar, es una forma para que los políticos y los contratistas de defensa se enriquezcan de forma sinérgica y entre si a costa del público. En tercer lugar, es un programa publicitario para la venta de armas, siendo Estados Unidos el principal proveedor de armas letales en el mundo.

 Por último, es una forma de proyectar la fuerza en todo el mundo, bombardear a cualquier país que se atreva a oponerse a las ambiciones hegemónicas de Washington, a menudo con total desprecio del derecho internacional, en ninguna parte de esta lista esta el objetivo de defender a los Estados Unidos ninguna de estas justificaciones funciona con respecto a Rusia.

En términos de dólares, Los Estados Unidos superan a Rusia en cuanto a defensa. Sin embargo, visto en términos de paridad de compra, Rusia se las arregla para comprar hasta diez veces mas capacidad defensiva por unidad de riqueza nacional que los Estados Unidos. 31.07 mill.
